Welcome to Visual Neuroscience Lab

Our research is to understand what the visual system does and how it works. For this purpose, we employed both psychophysics and neuroimaging methods to investigate how the visual system responds to incoming visual stimuli. Our main focus has been the functions of the ventral stream, especially early stages of cortical processing for color vision and spatial vision. Recently, we also began to investigate possible interaction between the ventral and the dorsal stream of visual information processing.
